Clinical Excellence in Neurodevelopment & Therapy
At Davis Consultancy Services, we deliver specialist, psychology-led support grounded in over a decade of clinical experience across Learning Disability, Autism, and ADHD services.
About us
With over ten years of experience as a Consultant Psychologist, we specialise in Autism and Learning Disability, providing expert assessment, formulation, and intervention across a range of clinical settings. Our work is driven by a commitment to promoting autonomy, dignity, and high-quality support for neurodivergent individuals and those with complex needs.
Most recently, we have contributed to a Humber-wide initiative focused on reducing unnecessary hospital admissions for children and adults with Autism and Learning Disability. In this role, we work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, local authorities, and community services to strengthen preventative support, enhance crisis pathways, and ensure that individuals receive the right care in the right place.
Our practice emphasises systemic thinking, trauma-informed approaches, and meaningful co-production with individuals and families. We are passionate about developing sustainable models of care, supporting workforce development, and driving service improvement that leads to more inclusive and person-centred communities.
Reviews
As a service we feel the role Ross provides an invaluable role that helps people get what they need. As opposed to a view ‘is this covering something areas should be providing’? We feel that the role supports equity in different levels of services in place when people need a timely response by a specialist Practitioner, that can unpick, understand and implement. This takes a system approach that can be used to understand context and future planning.Parent of a young person (undergoing a neurodevelopmental assessment)
